met my old friend himanshu bansal after 7 years , he came back from australia. It was weired we always used to fight but i felt like meeting him forgetting all the issues we had.
Iam leaving tommorow, next time when i will read it i iwll be in a different world.

i will miss you all.

Feel The Zeal.......................I thought of writing something about my college, whatever I have learnt and experienced. Here is a KUNJII to a hapy college life.

TEN THINGS I WISH I KNEW DURING MY COLLEGE DAYS

LiFE`S NOT FAIR. We realise it only when situations let us down.the talented dont always succeed, the deserving dont always achieve, the good guys dont always win, and the bad guys dont always get caught. IT GOES AGAINST EVERYTHING YOU LEARNT ABOUT TRUTH, HONESTY AND VIRTUE.

AND THATS LIFE-the size of your biceps dont matter. it was a fantastic asset in college, I won all arm wrestling contests. and all the guys looked upto me and all the girls.....well they just lookad AT me. Boy it was grand ego trip!.... but sadly that was all.

SOFT SKILLS DO COUNT- I (like most others) knew a bit about manners and basic ettiquettes but never knew how important they are. how imp. communication skills are..... How to write the covering letter of your resume, how to address a group of 20 people, what to say in a group discussion and what not to say in a job interview. yes content is king, but presentations matter too!

DONT RELY ON DEGREES- Rely on yourself. what matters is how you earned your stripes. as far as careers are concerned degress miserably fail to prepare you for what lies ahead in the big bad world. the only thing degrees do is get a foot in the door as far as job interviews are concerned.

PEOPLE PLAY FAVOURITES- people dont always play by the rules, they seek shortcuts and favour freinds. you may be the best man for the job but still not get it. It doesnt mean you`ll never get what you want. it only means that you will neet to cultivate people skills.

DONT GO LOOKING FOR LOVE- let it seek you out. learn to love yourself. be the nicest person around you can be. steer clear of insecurities and look closely. you will find love in places and times you least expected. eyes meet, mouths go dry and you forget all those pick up lines you crammed and the in a flash of lightining it HITS you. and then you know what MARIO PUZO reffered to as "the thunderbold" in the GODFATHER.

FIND YOUR OWN DESTINY- its about doing what you love the most. there is no race against anyone or anything. for many(like me!) success doesnt come easy, and it doesnt come soon nor does it come in the shape or form expected. the secret is to keep trying. the real heroes are the ones that learn to accept deafeat with courage and handle success with humility

PRAYER- ever since I began chanting VISHNU SAHASRANAMA Iam a whole new peron. Dont ask me how it works. IT JUST WORKS! Call it superstion, call it it coincidence, plain luck but I choose to call it GOD.

WOMEN- (for men only)no ones ever figured out what makes them tick....so dont even try!!!! just know this, the ones that are worth it all look at "who you are" not "what you are". shoot yourself in the head if you let someone like that slip through your fingers.

CLASS TELL....ALWAYS!- After all is said and done you always get what you deserve. And that the journey is the prize. its not so much about the dreams that you realise, but what you learnt in the process. achievements are mere token, the journey is the real test.

FOOTNOTES-ABONUS! Brush your teeth everyday in the moring and at night befor going to bed. The singular most painful episode of my life can be summed up in two words- root canal. (Its also the result of not listening to what your mother says!)

i hate goodbyes

I hate goodbyes. Yes it is that time again when i have to bid goodbye to my loved ones. why??????? I mean i dont understand why i hate it when i know that my departure is imminent.

I enjoyed a lot with my freinds and family, saw many places and saw many movies, it was fun . Rang de basantii phir reh gayii, c d launga. I saw ice age 2 , cute movie and american pie 4 , well nothing compared to the first 2 parts.

Sipping my juice and sitting by the window in my room iam thinking about day after tommorow when i will be there. I met my college friends only once and plan to meet them again. I met my old english teacher from college. my freinds from ncc, we partied yaar and woh bhi top floor main at naveen`s house.

Alka my freind specially came to pu to meet me but i couldnt come as it was my brother`s birthday that day, but iam such a fool at times. she made a plan with me for meeting in morning and i completely forgot it. Met karishma`s father at petrol pump and he is as jovial as he has always been.HINA- I found a little difference in attitude towards me, and i know why par KOII CHAKKAR NAHI. haa! MY friend sameer woh bhi seekh gaya -koii chakkar nahii.
